Nehemiah's Jerusalem
This huge set consists of nineteen images showning
different views of Jerusalem at the time of Nehemiah. More than half these images
show the destroyed walls which challenged Nehemiah's heart. The remainder show the
restored walls after the massive fifty-two day effort.
This scene is based on scholarly maps and reconstructions of the shape o fthe wall
Nehemiah reconstructed. Each of the gates mentioned in Nehemiah 2 are in the model,
though not all have images in the set. We have also included a panoramic view
(before and after reconstruction) which accords well with maps of Nehemiah's Jerusalem
that you can easily find online.
Below you will find links to larger previews of twelve different scenes. These
scenes are watermarked to protect the copyright on the actual images. The images
you will receive when you download this set are marked only with a small
3DBibleScenes copyright notice, which we ask you to leave on the image.

four 'darkened' images for us as text backgrounds
